Refund policy

30 Day Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days after your order is delivered to your address. We will accept any returns for all undamaged and resellable items within 30 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure satisfaction of your purchases.

We're confident our products will meet or exceed your expectations but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, then please contact our support team here and we will make it right.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of all returned items EXCLUDING instances when items are defective upon receipt or damaged during shipping. If the item is defective upon receipt or damaged then you will not be responsible for shipping. We may require an image of the damage or defect.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. All shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has shipped. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after item is received by us. Sale items are non-refundable.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Order changes and cancellations are NOT guaranteed to be honored. Please contact us here as soon as possible for order changes or cancellations. In order to best serve you, all our products are made to order and go in to production immediately after receipt your order. Once in production, changes to your order or cancellations may not be made. Order cancellations are not accepted simply because a client changes their mind.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you place an order and you need to exchange it please contact us here letting us know what is wrong and we'll make it right. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanging your item.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, please contact our support team here and we will give you instructions for your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
