We ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL to everywhere in the USA and as well as Internationally. All orders are subject to a 1-5 business days fulfillment/processing period that varies depending on the product and specific location of the product. Personalized products are subject to a 3-7 business day fulfillment/processing period. Some products ship within the USA in 2-7 days. These are estimated shipping times and do not include potential customs delays. Special products, giveaway items, or in the event an item is sold out and placed on back order, your order may ship from another country such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom, or China.
We will send you order tracking information to the email that you used when placing your order. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 1-3 days after you receiving the tracking email.
The reason for this delay is that in most cases the first tracking event shows up once the shipment was handed over to the carrier, however it may take a day or more for the carrier to process the order and send it on it's way. This happens most often during the holiday season.
