Question: How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: Items shipping to the USA should arrive to you within 5-10 business days from your order date. Items shipping outside of the USA should arrive to you within 10-25 business days from your order date. Customs delays may cause delays for International deliveries. Users are responsible for any duties and taxes on products entering their home countries.
Question: Is order tracking including?
Answer: Yes! All orders are subject to a 1-3 day processing period before being shipped. Once processed you should receive a tracking number via email. Your tracking number may take 1-3 business days USA, 1-7 days International, to populate tracking information after your shipment is received by the designated postal carrier. We ship via USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx.
Question: Are my payments secure?
Answer: We take your security very seriously. We use Shopify payments for credit card processing and the system meets all 6 categories of PCI standards making it Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. We also accept PayPal payments which is just as secure.
Question: Where are my items coming from?
Answer: The majority of our fulfillment facilities are located in the USA so most times our products shop from the USA. International orders may be fulfilled from an other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.
Question: What currency are your prices in?
Answer: All prices are in US dollars.
Question: I ordered several items but I only received part of my order. Is this normal?
Answer: Yes, this is completely normal! For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Not all items ship out from the same location. Rest assured that the rest of your order is on the way. If you ever have any questions please contact us here
Question: What are your shipping rates?
Answer: All USA orders get FREE USA shipping. All International orders ship discounted world wide flat rate of $7.95 per order.
Question: My order arrived damaged or I received the wrong items. What should I do?
